1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing itsolutionmart.in, creating a client account, or engaging IT Solution Mart for web development, software engineering, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Milestones
All custom software and digital marketing projects are governed by milestone-based agreements agreed upon during the discovery and scoping phase. Scope modifications or feature additions requested after project sign-off are subject to revised timelines and estimates.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for a custom development project, the client receives full ownership of the bespoke source code and deliverables produced specifically for their project, excluding open-source libraries and proprietary IT Solution Mart starter templates.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Standard payment terms require milestone deposits prior to milestone delivery, with final release following QA approval.
5. Governing Law
